The idea for Dynamic Cryo Spa
was initially conceived after looking for alternative ways to recover from athletic workouts. As we researched, we discovered that cryotherapy, infrared sauna and compression therapy not only helped with recovery, they also had additional health benefits. In addition, we saw that regular use of whole body cryotherapy and infrared sauna may also promote weight loss. Needless to say, we were excited about this and wanted to share our findings and make this available in our community!
Since we opened our doors in 2019, we’ve added other services and products to help our clients look good and feel great. Our newest offerings include the Cocoon Fitness Pod and Cold Plunge tub.
We know that people of all ages struggle with injuries, chronic pain and esthetic issues and we’re excited to provide all these services in a single location. Whether you’re a student or a senior, our knowledgeable and friendly staff are here 7 days a week to help you.
